Abstract
Madrasah Ulumul Qur’an known by the acronym MUQ, (Madrasah Ulumul Qur’an) has Markazul lughah or language institution was deliberately set up to develop the language environment; many programs are handled by the Markazul lughah such as Vocabulary enrichment, conversation in the Hostel, training speech, supervision of student‟s language. Markazul lughah together with OSMUQ, (Organisasi Siswa Madrasah Ulumul Qur’an) OSMUQ also deliberately designed to develop the language among students especially in Arabic and English. OSMUQ is the name of organization student at Madrasah Ulumul Qur‟an which engaged language program. Many Programs which are held by Markazul lughah such as language night, miss language, language court, Conversation (Muhadtasah) in Arabic language and event organizer. Language night is weekly program, holding language night at night on Friday night This is golden opportunity for students of Madrasah Ulumul Qur’an to be creative in competition. Miss language is weekly program it is the contest of language for students to become fluent in speaking English and show off their skill in Arabic and English language. Language court related with security of language and language section who have given some punishment to students that collide with languages. Event organizer it‟s in Indonesian language namely with “Gebrakan Bahasa” this is annual program for students of Madrasah Ulumul Qur‟an to make spirit in studying English. Ideally, the Students at of the eighth grade of MTs Tahfidz Putra Madrasah Ulumul Qur‟an have spirit in practicing English, especially in daily activities use conversation to develop their language. The reality, the students of at the eighth grade of MTs Tahfidz Putra Madrasah Ulumul Qur‟an seldom to speak English in daily conversation. Base on the research problem the writer identification that, the first nothing support from the Director of Madrasah Ulumul Qur‟an, the second under communication among teachers and Supervisors of Markazul lughah and the last is less effect of language Programs from Markazul lughah or language institution as to be Community Language Learning. From writer‟s first observation, there are influences or not the Markazul lughah program to the eight grade of MTs Tahfidz Putra Madrasah Ulumul Qur‟an in speaking ability
