Abstract
The reading skill is the fundamental skill which has to be taught in the early age. In other words, reading has been taught for students from the Seventh grade of junior high school. For example, at SMP Negeri 11 Langsa, Students have studied reading skill from the seventh grade. Based on the writer experince when doing teacher training in the this school, the writer found that many students had problem in reading comprehension.
